### sec.76 Special provision for personal injuries arising out of incidents happening between 18 June 2002 and 1 August 2002 This section applies to a personal injury arising out of an incident happening on or after 18 June 2002 and before 1 August 2002. For the purposes of section 9(3)(a), the day the incident giving rise to the personal injury happened is taken to be 1 August 2002. For the purposes of section 9(3)(b), a claimant is to be taken not to have consulted a lawyer earlier than 1 August 2002. This section is subject to section 19. s 76 amd 2002 No. 38 s 11 (sec.76-ssec.1) This section applies to a personal injury arising out of an incident happening on or after 18 June 2002 and before 1 August 2002. (sec.76-ssec.2) For the purposes of section 9(3)(a), the day the incident giving rise to the personal injury happened is taken to be 1 August 2002.
