### sec.39 Directions for enforcing order of imprisonment
In making an order under section 36 (2) , the court may give such directions as it considers appropriate for the enforcement of the order of imprisonment.
A direction mentioned in subsection (1) may include a direction that the offender must appear—
before the court, or a court of like jurisdiction, at a time and place stated in the direction; or
if called on by notice given to the offender;
to show cause why the imprisonment should not be enforced because of the failure to comply with the order.
(sec.39-ssec.1) In making an order under section 36 (2) , the court may give such directions as it considers appropriate for the enforcement of the order of imprisonment.
