### sec.39A Other orders available on failure to comply On an appearance by an offender under section 39 (2) , if the court considers the order of imprisonment should not be enforced against the offender, the court may— accept payment of the amount ordered in full; or if the offender has not been paying the amount by instalments, order that the unpaid amount be paid by instalments; or cause the proper officer to register the prescribed particulars of the unpaid amount under the SPE Act . s 39A ins 1999 No. 70 s 166 sch 1 amd 2016 No. 31 s 7 sch 1 - (a) accept payment of the amount ordered in full; or - (b) if the offender has not been paying the amount by instalments, order that the unpaid amount be paid by instalments; or - (c) cause the proper officer to register the prescribed particulars of the unpaid amount under the SPE Act .
