### sec.38 Extension of time
The time stated in an order made under section 35 (1) within which the restitution is to be made, or the compensation is to be paid, may be extended by—
the court that made the order; or
a court of like jurisdiction.
The court that grants an extension under subsection (1) may further extend the time.
Application for an extension under subsection (1) , or further extension under subsection (2) , must be in writing.
