### sec.37 Limit on imprisonment under s 36 (2)
Imprisonment ordered under section 36 (2) must not be longer than—
if the order is made on indictment—1 year; or
if the order is made on summary conviction—6 months.
- (a) if the order is made on indictment—1 year; or
- (b) if the order is made on summary conviction—6 months.
