### sec.36 What order may state An order made under section 35 (1) may state— the amount to be paid by way of restitution or compensation; and the person to whom the restitution is to be made or the compensation is to be paid; and the time within which the restitution is to be made or the compensation is to be paid or, alternatively, that the proper officer of the court is, under the SPE Act , section 34 , to give particulars of the amount of the restitution or compensation to SPER for registration under that section; and if the order states the time within which the restitution is to be made or the compensation is to be paid—the way in which the restitution is to be made or the compensation is to be paid.
