### sec.87 Annual report For the application of the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 to the ombudsman office, the appropriate Minister is the Minister administering this section. Also— despite the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 (1) (b) , the annual report for the ombudsman office must be given to the parliamentary committee, the Speaker, the appropriate Minister and the Treasurer in the way and within the time mentioned in that section; and despite the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 (2) , the chair of the parliamentary committee must table the annual report in the Assembly within the time mentioned in that section.
