### sec.19 Assembly may refer administrative action for investigation
The Assembly or a statutory committee of the Assembly may refer to the ombudsman, for investigation and report, any administrative action of an agency the ombudsman may investigate that the Assembly or committee considers should be investigated by the ombudsman.
The ombudsman must ensure the investigation is started as soon as possible after the reference is made.
(sec.19-ssec.1) The Assembly or a statutory committee of the Assembly may refer to the ombudsman, for investigation and report, any administrative action of an agency the ombudsman may investigate that the Assembly or committee considers should be investigated by the ombudsman.
(sec.19-ssec.2) The ombudsman must ensure the investigation is started as soon as possible after the reference is made.
