### sec.58 Return of licence for suspension or cancellation
A person whose licence has been suspended or cancelled under section 229 (1) or an order made by QCAT must return the licence to the chief executive within 14 days after the suspension or cancellation unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply if section 61 (6) or 62 (2) applies.
