### sec.59 Surrender of licence A licensee may surrender the licensee’s licence by giving written notice to the chief executive and returning the licence. A licence surrendered under this section stops having effect on the day it is surrendered. (sec.59-ssec.1) A licensee may surrender the licensee’s licence by giving written notice to the chief executive and returning the licence. (sec.59-ssec.2) A licence surrendered under this section stops having effect on the day it is surrendered.
