### sec.57 Return of licence for amendment or replacement
The chief executive may require a licensee to produce the licensee’s licence for amendment or replacement within a stated period of not less than 14 days if the chief executive intends to—
amend the conditions of the licence under section 56 ; or
replace the licence under section 67 (5) .
The licensee must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
