### sec.187 Register of registration certificates
The chief executive must keep a register of registration certificates and applications for registration certificates (the registration certificate register ).
The registration certificate register may form part of the licence register.
The registration certificate register must contain the following particulars—
for each applicant for a registration certificate—
the applicant’s name; and
the date of the application; and
the application number; and
the category of the registration certificate being applied for;
for each motor salesperson—
the motor salesperson’s name; and
the dates of issue and expiry of the motor salesperson’s current registration certificate; and
the category of the registration certificate; and
any conditions imposed on the certificate; and
the motor salesperson’s registration certificate number; and
particulars of any surrender, suspension or cancellation of the motor salesperson’s registration certificate.
A person may, on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, inspect or get a copy of details in the part of the register containing the particulars mentioned in subsection (3) —
at a place or places decided by the chief executive; or
by using a computer.
A person may pay the fee, in advance or in arrears, under an arrangement approved by the chief executive.
The register may be kept in any way the chief executive considers appropriate.

(sec.187-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of registration certificates and applications for registration certificates (the registration certificate register ).
(sec.187-ssec.2) The registration certificate register may form part of the licence register.
(sec.187-ssec.3) The registration certificate register must contain the following particulars— for each applicant for a registration certificate— the applicant’s name; and the date of the application; and the application number; and the category of the registration certificate being applied for; for each motor salesperson— the motor salesperson’s name; and the dates of issue and expiry of the motor salesperson’s current registration certificate; and the category of the registration certificate; and any conditions imposed on the certificate; and the motor salesperson’s registration certificate number; and particulars of any surrender, suspension or cancellation of the motor salesperson’s registration certificate.

- (b) for each motor salesperson— (i) the motor salesperson’s name; and (ii) the dates of issue and expiry of the motor salesperson’s current registration certificate; and (iii) the category of the registration certificate; and (iv) any conditions imposed on the certificate; and (v) the motor salesperson’s registration certificate number; and (vi) particulars of any surrender, suspension or cancellation of the motor salesperson’s registration certificate.
- (i) the motor salesperson’s name; and
- (ii) the dates of issue and expiry of the motor salesperson’s current registration certificate; and
- (iii) the category of the registration certificate; and
- (iv) any conditions imposed on the certificate; and
- (v) the motor salesperson’s registration certificate number; and
- (vi) particulars of any surrender, suspension or cancellation of the motor salesperson’s registration certificate.
- (i) the applicant’s name; and
