### sec.188 Motor salespersons to notify chief executive of changes in circumstances
A motor salesperson must give notice to the chief executive of a prescribed change in the motor salesperson’s circumstances within 14 days after the change.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
In this section—
prescribed change means a change prescribed under a regulation.
