### sec.87ZP Other offences about investigations A person must not— conceal, destroy, mutilate or alter a document of or about an investigated person whose affairs are being investigated under this part; or send, cause to be sent or conspire with someone else to send out of the State a document mentioned in paragraph (a) or any property belonging to or under the control of the investigated person. Maximum penalty—300 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
