### sec.87ZO Costs of investigation The commission may recover the costs of and incidental to an investigation under this part from the investigated person to which the investigation relates. However, costs may not be recovered from an investigated person under this section if the investigation established— for an insurer or related body corporate for an insurer—no irregularity on the part of the insurer or related body corporate; or for an investigated person mentioned in section 87ZC (2) —no evidence of a contravention by the person of section 74 (1) or (2) or 75 . s 87ZO ins 2019 No. 36 s 25 (sec.87ZO-ssec.1) The commission may recover the costs of and incidental to an investigation under this part from the investigated person to which the investigation relates.
