### sec.87ZN Documents taken during investigation
On the completion or termination of the investigation, an investigator must give the commission any documents the investigator has taken possession of under this part.
The commission may—
keep the documents for the period that the commission reasonably considers necessary to enable a decision to be made about whether or not a legal proceeding ought to be started; and
keep the documents for any further period the commission reasonably considers necessary to enable a legal proceeding to be started and continued.
The commission may—
allow other persons to inspect the documents while they are in the commission’s possession; and
allow the use of the documents for a legal proceeding started because of the investigation.
The commission must allow a person who would be entitled to inspect a document if it were not in the commission’s possession to inspect the document at all reasonable times.

(sec.87ZN-ssec.1) On the completion or termination of the investigation, an investigator must give the commission any documents the investigator has taken possession of under this part.
