### sec.87ZQ Evidential immunity for individuals complying with particular requirements This section applies if an individual gives or produces information or a document to an investigator under section 87ZF . Evidence of the information or document, and other evidence directly or indirectly derived from the information or document, is not admissible against the individual in any proceeding to the extent it tends to incriminate the individual, or expose the individual to a penalty, in the proceeding. However, this section does not apply to— a proceeding about the false or misleading nature of the information or anything in the document or in which the false or misleading nature of the information or document is relevant evidence; or a proceeding for an offence against section 36A , 36D , 36E , 37AB , 39A , 41A , 74 (1) or (2) or 75 . s 87ZQ ins 2019 No. 36 s 25 (sec.87ZQ-ssec.1) This section applies if an individual gives or produces information or a document to an investigator under section 87ZF .
