### sec.287 Notice of rejection of renewal application If the Minister decides to reject an application to renew a mining lease, the Minister must promptly give the applicant a written notice stating the decision and the reasons for it. s 287 sub 2000 No. 64 s 148 amd 2012 No. 20 s 281 sch 2
