### sec.286F Renewal of lease must be in name of last recorded transferee
This section applies if a transfer of a mining lease is registered under the Common Provisions Act —
after the date on which an application for renewal of the lease is made; and
before the application is disposed of by the Minister.
Any renewal granted on the application must be in the name of the transferee under the last transfer registered before the grant of the renewal.

(sec.286F-ssec.1) This section applies if a transfer of a mining lease is registered under the Common Provisions Act — after the date on which an application for renewal of the lease is made; and before the application is disposed of by the Minister.
(sec.286F-ssec.2) Any renewal granted on the application must be in the name of the transferee under the last transfer registered before the grant of the renewal.
- (a) after the date on which an application for renewal of the lease is made; and
- (b) before the application is disposed of by the Minister.
