### sec.99A Jurisdiction to decide alleged breach of conduct and compensation agreement Subsection (2) applies if a party to a conduct and compensation agreement believes the other party has breached a condition of the agreement. The party may apply to the Land Court for an order about the alleged breach. An application may be made during the term, or after the end, of the agreement. The Land Court may make any order it considers appropriate on an application under this section. In this section— conduct and compensation agreement means a conduct and compensation agreement for which the minimum negotiation period has ended. party , to a conduct and compensation agreement, means— the following persons who entered into the agreement— the resource authority holder; the owner or occupier of private land; or the successors and assigns of a party mentioned in paragraph (a) that are bound by the agreement under division 5 . s 99A ins 2017 No. 34 s 75 amd 2019 No. 17 s 210 (sec.99A-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if a party to a conduct and compensation agreement believes the other party has breached a condition of the agreement.
