### sec.205 Chief executive may require particular information
The chief executive may require a relevant entity to give the chief executive, within the prescribed period, a copy of a notice or consent given by or to the relevant entity under chapter 3 .
In this section—
relevant entity means—
a resource authority holder; or
an owner or occupier of land; or
a public land authority; or
a public road authority.
(sec.205-ssec.1) The chief executive may require a relevant entity to give the chief executive, within the prescribed period, a copy of a notice or consent given by or to the relevant entity under chapter 3 .
(sec.205-ssec.2) In this section— relevant entity means— a resource authority holder; or an owner or occupier of land; or a public land authority; or a public road authority.
- (a) a resource authority holder; or
- (b) an owner or occupier of land; or
- (c) a public land authority; or
- (d) a public road authority.
