### sec.203 Fees—payment methods A regulation may fix the methods to be used for the payment of fees payable under this Act. A method to be used for the payment of fees fixed by either of the following is an approved payment method for the fee— a regulation under subsection (1) ; the chief executive in an approved form under section 207 (2) . However, if a regulation and the chief executive inconsistently fix the methods to be used for the payment of a fee, the approved payment method for the fee is the method fixed by the regulation. (sec.203-ssec.1) A regulation may fix the methods to be used for the payment of fees payable under this Act. (sec.203-ssec.2) A method to be used for the payment of fees fixed by either of the following is an approved payment method for the fee— a regulation under subsection (1) ; the chief executive in an approved form under section 207 (2) . (sec.203-ssec.3) However, if a regulation and the chief executive inconsistently fix the methods to be used for the payment of a fee, the approved payment method for the fee is the method fixed by the regulation. - (a) a regulation under subsection (1) ; - (b) the chief executive in an approved form under section 207 (2) .
