### sec.199 Arrangements with other departments for copies from register
The chief executive may enter into an arrangement with another department allowing it to carry out a search of, take extracts from or obtain a copy of, particulars recorded in the register, without payment of the fees prescribed under section 198 .
However, the chief executive may enter into an arrangement under subsection (1) only if the chief executive is reasonably satisfied the information obtained from the search, extract or copy will not be—
used for a commercial purpose, including, for example, the marketing or sale of the information or other information; or
included in another database of information, in any form, other than with the chief executive’s approval.
(sec.199-ssec.1) The chief executive may enter into an arrangement with another department allowing it to carry out a search of, take extracts from or obtain a copy of, particulars recorded in the register, without payment of the fees prescribed under section 198 .
(sec.199-ssec.2) However, the chief executive may enter into an arrangement under subsection (1) only if the chief executive is reasonably satisfied the information obtained from the search, extract or copy will not be— used for a commercial purpose, including, for example, the marketing or sale of the information or other information; or included in another database of information, in any form, other than with the chief executive’s approval.
