### sec.198 Access to register
The chief executive must—
keep the register open for inspection by the public during office hours on business days at the places the chief executive considers appropriate; and
allow a person, on payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, to search and take extracts from the register; and
give a person who asks for it a copy of all or part of a notice, document or information held in the register on payment of the fee prescribed by regulation.
Subsection (1) is subject to section 199 .

(sec.198-ssec.2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 199 .
