### sec.68 Matters to which chief executive must have regard
In considering the application, the chief executive must have regard to—
the matters the chief executive is required to have regard to in considering an application for a permission for the activity; and
any other matter the chief executive reasonably considers relevant.
See part 3 for the matters the chief executive must have regard to in considering an application for a permission for conducting a commercial activity in a marine park.
