### sec.67 Applying for agreement
A person may apply to the chief executive for a commercial activity agreement for conducting a commercial activity in a marine park or a part of a marine park.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
be supported by enough information to enable the application to be decided, including the information mentioned in schedule 2 ; and
comply with any other requirements for the application under a zoning plan applying to the marine park.
(sec.67-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for a commercial activity agreement for conducting a commercial activity in a marine park or a part of a marine park.
(sec.67-ssec.2) The application must— be in the approved form; and be supported by enough information to enable the application to be decided, including the information mentioned in schedule 2 ; and comply with any other requirements for the application under a zoning plan applying to the marine park.
