### sec.69 Chief executive may request further information
The chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further reasonable information within the reasonable period of at least 20 business days stated in the notice.
If the applicant does not, without reasonable excuse, give the chief executive the further information by the stated day—
the application is taken to have been withdrawn; and
the chief executive must give the applicant a notice stating—
under this section, the application is taken to be withdrawn; and
the applicant may make a new application.
The chief executive may extend the period within which the information must be given.
(sec.69-ssec.1) The chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further reasonable information within the reasonable period of at least 20 business days stated in the notice.
