### sec.201 Application of s 62P to particular notices given before commencement From the commencement, section 62P applies as if— the reference in section 62P(1)(a) and (3)(b) to a notice of intention to sell included a reference to a notice of intention to sell given under section 62N before the commencement; and the reference in section 62P(1)(c) and (3)(a) to the notice given to the eligible home owner under section 56A(3) included a reference to a notice given to the eligible home owner under section 62O before the commencement. s 201 ins 2024 No. 28 s 49 - (a) the reference in section 62P(1)(a) and (3)(b) to a notice of intention to sell included a reference to a notice of intention to sell given under section 62N before the commencement; and - (b) the reference in section 62P(1)(c) and (3)(a) to the notice given to the eligible home owner under section 56A(3) included a reference to a notice given to the eligible home owner under section 62O before the commencement.
