### sec.200 Assignment of home owner’s interest in site agreement started before commencement This section applies if— before the commencement— a seller proposed, as mentioned in former section 42, to sell a manufactured home to a buyer and assign the seller’s interest in the site agreement to the buyer; and the seller gave the park owner notice under former section 45 of the proposed assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement; and immediately before the commencement, the assignment of the seller’s interest had not become effective under former section 48. This Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement, and the sale of the manufactured home, to the buyer. s 200 ins 2024 No. 28 s 49 (sec.200-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement— a seller proposed, as mentioned in former section 42, to sell a manufactured home to a buyer and assign the seller’s interest in the site agreement to the buyer; and the seller gave the park owner notice under former section 45 of the proposed assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement; and immediately before the commencement, the assignment of the seller’s interest had not become effective under former section 48. (sec.200-ssec.2) This Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement, and the sale of the manufactured home, to the buyer. - (a) before the commencement— (i) a seller proposed, as mentioned in former section 42, to sell a manufactured home to a buyer and assign the seller’s interest in the site agreement to the buyer; and (ii) the seller gave the park owner notice under former section 45 of the proposed assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement; and - (i) a seller proposed, as mentioned in former section 42, to sell a manufactured home to a buyer and assign the seller’s interest in the site agreement to the buyer; and - (ii) the seller gave the park owner notice under former section 45 of the proposed assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement; and - (b) immediately before the commencement, the assignment of the seller’s interest had not become effective under former section 48. - (i) a seller proposed, as mentioned in former section 42, to sell a manufactured home to a buyer and assign the seller’s interest in the site agreement to the buyer; and - (ii) the seller gave the park owner notice under former section 45 of the proposed assignment of the seller’s interest in the site agreement; and
