### sec.154 Claim for compensation If a claim for compensation made under section 12J of the repealed Act before the commencement has not been decided on the commencement, the court considering the claim may decide the claim, under section 12J of the repealed Act, as if this Act had not commenced. A person who could have made a claim for compensation under section 12J of the repealed Act as in force immediately before the commencement may make the claim after the commencement and a court to which the claim is made may decide the claim, under section 12J of the repealed Act, as if this Act had not commenced.
