### sec.155 Unfinalised application for review of refusal to consent to assignment of seller’s interest in site agreement This section applies if an application under section 50 as in force immediately before the commencement of this section (the former application ) has not been finalised before the commencement of this section. The application is taken to be an application for an order under section 50 (the new application ). The former application and any pending proceeding under it is to be continued as if everything done under the former application had been done, with necessary changes, under the new application.
