### sec.123 Appropriation of moneys
Where—
the clerk of the court for the place where payments under 2 or more orders made against the same defendant are required to be made under this Act receives from the defendant an amount that is less than the total amount payable under those orders; and
no order for the appropriation of that amount has been given by the defendant to the clerk;
the clerk shall, subject to section 121 , and to any direction given under section 122 , appropriate that amount to the payment of the sums payable under each of the orders in such manner as the clerk thinks proper or, where a manner is prescribed, in that manner.
