### sec.124 Certificate of clerk of the court
A certificate purporting to be under the hand of a clerk of the court for a place where payments under an order enforceable under this Act are required to be made—
that any payment under the order is or is not recorded in the clerk’s office at that place; or
that an amount stated in that certificate in respect of such payments was in arrears and not paid on a date specified therein;
shall be received in evidence and shall be prima facie proof of the matters certified to therein.
Upon production of a certificate pursuant to subsection (1) , it shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that the payments which are recorded in the office of the clerk of the court and referred to in the certificate are the only payments that have been made.

- (a) that any payment under the order is or is not recorded in the clerk’s office at that place; or
- (b) that an amount stated in that certificate in respect of such payments was in arrears and not paid on a date specified therein;
