### sec.122 Further orders
Where an order under this Act directs the payment of moneys, the court may, by that or a subsequent order, give such directions as it thinks necessary relating to the mode of payment of moneys under the order, for regulating the receipt and disbursement of the moneys, for investing and applying the proceeds of the sale of any goods, chattels, or securities directed to be sold or any annuity, rents or income directed to be collected, under an order made under this Act, for ensuring the proper appropriation of those moneys or for causing any child for whose benefit those moneys are payable to be properly brought up and educated.
A direction may be given under subsection (1) , at the discretion of the court—
either with or without any application for the direction; and
either upon notice of any such application being given to the defendant against whom the order was made or without any such notice being given.
