### sec.120 Evidence of earnings
Where, in proceedings before a court for the purposes of this Act, it is material to ascertain the earnings of a person, the court may receive as evidence of those earnings a statement in writing signed by—
the employer of that person; or
a person employed by that employer as manager, secretary, accountant, or in such other capacity as, in the opinion of the court, qualifies him or her to testify of his or her own knowledge as to the earnings of the person whose earnings are in question.
A document purporting to be a statement in writing referred to in subsection (1) shall, in any proceeding under or by virtue of this Act, unless the contrary is shown, be deemed without further proof to be such a statement.

(sec.120-ssec.2) A document purporting to be a statement in writing referred to in subsection (1) shall, in any proceeding under or by virtue of this Act, unless the contrary is shown, be deemed without further proof to be such a statement.
- (a) the employer of that person; or
