### sec.119 Complaints or applications made on behalf of persons
A complaint or an application under this Act purporting to be made on behalf of a person is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, deemed to be made on behalf of that person.
Where a complaint or an application under this Act may be made by a person on behalf of a child that person may make the complaint or application whether or not the person has been duly authorised so to do.
(sec.119-ssec.1) A complaint or an application under this Act purporting to be made on behalf of a person is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, deemed to be made on behalf of that person.
(sec.119-ssec.2) Where a complaint or an application under this Act may be made by a person on behalf of a child that person may make the complaint or application whether or not the person has been duly authorised so to do.
