142 Formal convictions and orders
(1) The conviction or order must, if required, be drawn up by the court in
proper form and be filed by the registrar in the court’s records.
(2) It is not necessary for a court formally to draw up a conviction or
order or any other record of a decision, unless it is demanded by a
party to the proceeding for the purpose of an appeal against the
decision, or is required for the purpose of a habeas corpus order or
another order from the Supreme Court.
