### sec.27 Consideration of representations The Minister must consider all written representations (the accepted representations ) made during the show cause period by— the primary licensee; or any interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given. s 27 amd 2007 No. 22 s 3 sch 1 - (a) the primary licensee; or - (b) any interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
