### sec.155AN Commissioner must impose licence conditions for exemption The commissioner must, on granting the exemption, impose a condition on the licensee’s licence stating that while the exemption is in force for the licensed premises— the licensee must not allow the sale or supply of liquor at the premises in a way that encourages patrons to consume excessive amounts of liquor or consume liquor more rapidly than they would otherwise do; and if the premises to which the exemption relates are a part of licensed premises, the licensee must not allow patrons to take liquor from the premises to another part of the licensed premises; and the licensee must comply with the matters stated in the exemption under section 155AL (3) , or any variation of those matters made under section 155AP . s 155AN ins 2016 No. 4 s 49 - (a) the licensee must not allow the sale or supply of liquor at the premises in a way that encourages patrons to consume excessive amounts of liquor or consume liquor more rapidly than they would otherwise do; and - (b) if the premises to which the exemption relates are a part of licensed premises, the licensee must not allow patrons to take liquor from the premises to another part of the licensed premises; and - (c) the licensee must comply with the matters stated in the exemption under section 155AL (3) , or any variation of those matters made under section 155AP .
