### sec.155AM Effect of exemption for extended hours permits If an extended hours permit is granted for the licensed premises, the exemption applies for the hours during which the licensee or permittee is authorised, under the permit, to sell or supply liquor on the premises, unless the permit states otherwise. s 155AM ins 2016 No. 4 s 49
