### sec.155AO Commissioner may suspend exemption
The commissioner may, by written notice, immediately suspend the exemption if the commissioner believes on reasonable grounds that the licensee or permittee has failed to comply with the conditions imposed on the licence or permit under section 155AN .
The suspension takes effect when the notice is given to the licensee or permittee.
The suspension continues until the first of the following happens—
the commissioner, by written notice, ends the suspension;
the commissioner decides to vary or revoke the exemption under section 155AP ;
the end of 60 days after the suspension takes effect.
