### sec.142ZZI Conditions on car park approval
The commissioner may impose conditions on a car park approval—
to give effect to the main purpose of this Act mentioned in section 3 (a) ; or
to ensure appropriate compliance with this Act; or
to minimise alcohol-related disturbances, or public disorder, in the locality; or
about the provision of amplified entertainment, including, for example, amplified music, in the regulated car park; or
a condition prohibiting the provision of amplified entertainment
a condition about the maximum volume at which amplified entertainment may be provided
a condition about the times during which amplified entertainment may be provided
about other noise, including patron noise, resulting from or associated with the sale, supply or consumption of liquor in the regulated car park.
Section 128C applies to the commissioner’s power, under subsection (1) (a) , to impose conditions on a car park approval as if a reference in section 128C to a licence or permit under part 5 were a reference to a car park approval.
