### sec.142ZZH Restriction on grant of car park approval This section applies if the commissioner is satisfied a licensee has failed to comply with a condition of a car park approval (the earlier approval ) for a regulated car park. The commissioner must not grant another car park approval to the licensee for the regulated car park for a day that is less than 3 months after the day the commissioner became satisfied of the failure to comply with the condition of the earlier approval. s 142ZZH ins 2016 No. 4 s 42 (sec.142ZZH-ssec.1) This section applies if the commissioner is satisfied a licensee has failed to comply with a condition of a car park approval (the earlier approval ) for a regulated car park.
