### sec.142ZZJ Authority of car park approval
A car park approval authorises the licensee to sell or supply liquor, or allow liquor to be consumed, in a regulated car park—
to which the approval applies; and
on the days, and during the hours, stated in the approval; and
subject to the conditions stated in the approval.
A car park approval must not authorise the sale, supply or consumption of liquor, outside the trading hours authorised under the licence for the licensed premises.
A regulation may prescribe the maximum period for which a car park approval may be granted.

(sec.142ZZJ-ssec.1) A car park approval authorises the licensee to sell or supply liquor, or allow liquor to be consumed, in a regulated car park— to which the approval applies; and on the days, and during the hours, stated in the approval; and subject to the conditions stated in the approval.
(sec.142ZZJ-ssec.2) A car park approval must not authorise the sale, supply or consumption of liquor, outside the trading hours authorised under the licence for the licensed premises.
(sec.142ZZJ-ssec.3) A regulation may prescribe the maximum period for which a car park approval may be granted.
