### sec.54B Circumstances under which building management statement may be registered A building management statement may be registered only if it is signed by the registered owners of all lots to which the statement applies. The lots to which a building management statement applies must comprise— 2 or more volumetric format lots; or 1 or more volumetric format lots, and 1 or more standard format lots.
