### sec.54AA Single area for lots to which building management statement applies
The lots to which a building management statement applies must form a single, continuous area of land.
A number of lots are taken to form a single, continuous area of land even if there is a road or watercourse within the external boundaries of the area comprising of the lots.
Despite subsection (1) , a building management statement may apply to lots that do not form a single, continuous area of land if the registrar is satisfied, on reasonable grounds, that all the lots are located within an area that is sufficiently limited to ensure the effective and efficient application of the provisions of this division.
