### sec.49 External audits The trustee of trust land must, if asked by the Minister or required under an Act— allow the auditor-general, a person mentioned in section 47 (1) (a) to (d) , or a person authorised by the chief executive of a department, to audit the trust’s financial accounts; and help the conduct of the audit, including the disclosure of financial institution accounts necessary for the audit. s 49 amd 1997 No. 17 s 74 sch ; 2006 No. 9 s 28 - (a) allow the auditor-general, a person mentioned in section 47 (1) (a) to (d) , or a person authorised by the chief executive of a department, to audit the trust’s financial accounts; and - (b) help the conduct of the audit, including the disclosure of financial institution accounts necessary for the audit.
