### sec.48 Trustees to give information and allow inspection of records
The trustee of trust land must, if asked by the chief executive—
apply for the approval of a management plan for the trust land; and
at all reasonable times, make all trust records available for inspection by the chief executive and allow copies and notes of the records to be made.
If a management plan mentioned in subsection (1) (a) is approved, the plan may be registered in the appropriate register.

(sec.48-ssec.1) The trustee of trust land must, if asked by the chief executive— apply for the approval of a management plan for the trust land; and at all reasonable times, make all trust records available for inspection by the chief executive and allow copies and notes of the records to be made.
(sec.48-ssec.2) If a management plan mentioned in subsection (1) (a) is approved, the plan may be registered in the appropriate register.
