### sec.390F Appointment conditions and limit on powers An authorised officer holds office on any conditions stated in— the authorised officer’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the authorised officer; or a regulation. The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the authorised officer or a regulation may limit the authorised officer’s powers.
