### sec.390G When office ends
The office of a person as an authorised officer ends if any of the following happens—
the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
under another condition of office, the office ends;
the authorised officer’s resignation under section 390H takes effect.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways the office of a person as an authorised officer ends.
In this section—
condition of office means a condition under which the authorised officer holds office.

(sec.390G-ssec.1) The office of a person as an authorised officer ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the authorised officer’s resignation under section 390H takes effect.
(sec.390G-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the ways the office of a person as an authorised officer ends.
(sec.390G-ssec.3) In this section— condition of office means a condition under which the authorised officer holds office.

- (b) under another condition of office, the office ends;
